Qi Gong for Weight Loss Education in English

Sponsor: Americaís Institute of Traditional Medicine.
Mission Statement:
For overweight or obese persons, Qi Gong practice may help them to reduce weight. This class is designed to teach students how to perform the Qi Gong breathing exercise for weight loss. Through specific breathing exercises, one can enhances visceral movement of consciousness, so as to achieve weight loss. It is possible to lose 250 grams to 500 grams within one hour of this exercise. After you learned this skill you can use it any time and any where.
Prerequisites of Enrollment:
1. Anyone who would like to enhance his/her psychosomatic health level, protect his/her health, strengthen his/her body, improve his/her looks, prevent disease, and prolong his/her life. 2. Overweight or obese persons who wish to practice Qi Gong practice to reduce weight. 3. Amateurs at Qi Gong for weight loss.
Characteristic:
1. Beginning from basic with easily comprehensible knowledge of western and eastern medicine. We will teach trainee the techniques and theories of Qi Gong for weight loss.
2. Such knowledge is also practical and will certainly benefit the studentís body and mind. This program starts with basic knowledge and ends with knowledge of the skill, allowing the trainee to really master the art of Qi Gong for weight loss.
Contents of Study:
1. Basics: Basic knowledge of western and eastern medicine related to Qi Gong for weight loss. Brief concepts of physiology, anatomy, and pathology of the human body are included.
2. Application: Basic manipulation, methods, and procedure of Qi Gong for weight loss; specific techniques for weight loss are included.
Class hours: Basic class hours are four (4) hours; it may be adjusted depending on traineeís levels and requests. Qi Gong for weight loss for teacherís class is available upon request.
Presenter: Yanping Zhao, Director of Zuyisheng Massage School in China, Kexin Bao, Ph.D., L.Ac., Promoter of the Journal of Sciences of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

氣功減重教育中文班

主辦者︰美國傳統醫藥學院。
宗旨︰介紹氣功減重的基礎知識與技能,教會學員的自我氣功減重技能,幫助學員保健強身,美容美體,預防疾病,延年益壽。
本課程訓練受訓者通過特定的呼吸鍛煉,有意識的強化內臟運動,從而達到減肥效果。肥胖的人只要有減肥的目的而運用此法就可以在一小時之內減掉半斤至一斤,隨時可以運用。
招生對象︰
一、希望氣功自我減重者;
二、提高自己的身體與精神健康水平,保健強身,美容美體,預防疾病,延年益壽的一切人士;
三、氣功自我減重愛好者等。
特點︰
一、從氣功自我減重有關的中西醫的基礎知識開講,使學員知其然並知其所以然,且通俗易懂;
二、結合實際應用的技能精闢的介紹,故實用,對自己的身心健康一定有裨益。
本學習班是從基礎開始,到技能結束,由淺入深,學習後真正能掌握一定的氣功自我減重知識。

二、應用部份︰氣功自我減重的基本技能,氣功自我減重的應用程式,包括氣功自我減重的具體操作技能。 學時︰基本學時為4學時,可根據聽眾的不同需求增減學習時間。如有需求,可開展氣功自我減重師資學習班。
