American Institute of Traditional Medicine(nonprofit

This corporation shall have and exercise all rights and powers conferred on corporations generally under the laws of the State of California. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation exempt from Federal income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law) or (b) by a corporation contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law). C. This corporation shall not, as a substantial part of its activities, carry on propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation. Nor shall it participate or intervene (by publication or distribution of any statements or otherwise) in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office. D. No part of the net earnings, properties, or assets of this corporation shall inure to the benefit of any private person or individual, or any member, officer, or trustee of this corporation on dissolution or otherwise, and on liquidation or dissolution, all properties and assets of this corporation remaining after payment or provision for all debts and obligations, shall be distributed and paid over to such fund, foundation, or corporation organized and operated for religious or charitable purposes as the board of directors shell determine, and as shall at the time qualify as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws and has also qualified as a tax—exempt organization under Code, or corresponding provisions of any subsequent California law. section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws. If this corporation holds any assets in trust, such assets shall be disposed of in such manner as may be directed by decree of the Superior Court of the county in which the corporation has its principal office, upon petition therefore by the Attorney General of the state of California or by a person concerned in the liquidation, in a proceeding to which the Attorney General is a party. The Sciences of
Traditional Chinese Medicine (SOTCM) is the first international journal which emphasizes the popularity
of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. We publish two editions,
the General and Professional Editions. The General Edition has been
published since January 1995 while the Professional Edition has been published
since August 1996. The SOTCM primarily disseminates this knowledge in
traditional Chinese medicine for the purposes of improving the health of all people. Presently, the General Edition
is published monthly; while the Professional Edition is published annually. The Sciences of Traditional Chinese Medicine is sponsored by the American Institute of Traditional
Medicine. The American Institute of Traditional Medicine is a non-profit organization
