Note: The member of editorial committee will take charge of review of manuscripts, and the editor works for first review, editing and processing of the manuscripts in the content and layout. Although the two positions are different, but due to limited manpower, the member of editorial committee will work for part of editor’s job, so, the member is required to have certain professional editing ability (including typing, emailing). Just like many well recognized periodicals, this position is a non-compensation job, but it can offer a platform for scholars to enhance their career.
