健康健美长寿业界同仁：

 

由国际健康健美长寿学研究会、上海市体育局、中国妇女报社、上海市健康产业发展促进协会牵头主办，并邀请中国保健品协会、中国老年保健协会、上海市气功研究所、上海市老年人体育协会、上海市老年产业服务中心、香港老年保健协会、香港日报集团有限公司、中国天柱山武术院、北京蜂飞文化推广有限公司、上海环星体育发展有限公司、北京身心康国际中医研究院、上海体育发展基金会、上海市健身气功协会、上海上体文化传媒有限公司、上海东琦展览服务有限公司等联合举办的：“2009上海国际健康健美长寿论坛”将于2009年10月30在上海展览中心友谊会堂隆重举行，届时还将在上海展览中心举办“健康产业博览会”。

 

国际健康健美长寿论坛暨健康产业博览会是由冯理达将军倡导和发起的，先后于2007年、2008年在北京成功举办，吸引了来自美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、俄罗斯、日本、韩国、捷克、意大利、马来西亚、英国、菲律宾、香港、澳门、台湾等20余个国家和地区的政界、健康保健产业专家及企业家参与。中共中央总书记、国家主席胡锦涛为大会发来贺电，国务院总理温家宝为大会发来亲笔贺信。

The theme of the convention is sharing the results of health science, and builds a harmonious world of human. The purpose is to promote the development of human health industry, advocate a scientific and healthy way of modern life, enhance the communication between health research institutes and experts and build a bridge between health industry and customer markets. The content of the convention includes academic exchange, exchange of ideas on the way of health, health care consultation, expert lectures, products show and opening the councilor meeting of International Health Fitness and Longevity Academic Research Institute. This convention will make further development and perfection on the basis of successfully holding of last 2 conventions. Some other activities such as photo collection of Health & Longevity and health knowledge lecture will be held during the convention, except the Forum and Expo. We will also invite famous health care masters to show and perform.

  

 At that time, experts of health fitness & longevity will gather in Shanghai. And holding this convention will fully enhance International communication and cooperation, promote the latest idea and science results, and accelerate the development and flourish of the industry.

 

The Health Industry Expo held at the same time will present the latest health, fitness & longevity products around world. The exhibitors and professional audiences will contact face to face. The Expo will build a platform of technology, business and international cooperation for health fitness & longevity industry and it will become the scientific, international and practical health pageant with the most influence.

Introduction & Past Perfect

The topic of health, fitness and longevity is eternally concerned by human society. Health, Fitness and Longevity Studies have become a lead Interdisciplinary study focus on physical & mental health and harmony between human and nature.

The Health and Longevity Forum & Health Expo was initially advocated and sponsored by General Feng Li Da and had been successfully held in Beijing at 2007 & 2008. Instruction:

1.       Standard Booth Equips: Lintel Exhibition Board with company name, two spot lights, carpet, two folding seats, a table, an electrical socket outlet.

2.       If the exhibitors rent a space, they should built the booth themselves or authorize contractor to built it. They should pay the administration construction expenses, cleaning expenses, booth construction expenses and water and electricity expenses, please see Exhibitor Service Menu to get detail prices.

3.       Foreign currency settles account by exchange rate of payment day.

4.       Double entrance booth will pay 10% extra fee.

 

Exhibitor Qualification:

1.       Exhibition products have reliable quality, nice reputation and the brand has also high reputation.

2.       The exhibitors should be the enterprises (company), joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises registered in the administrative department of industry and commerce. The exhibited products should be certified by local competent authorities or competent organization and have relative certifications.

3.       The dealers, agents and branch of foreign companies selling imported products in the domestic market should have relevant authorization and agency agreement.

 

Exhibitor Instruction

1.       Please carefully fill in the Application Form and Agreement Form, fax or mail to the Organizing Committee after affix the official seal. Once the Form or the Faxed paper has been signed or sealed, it has validity of contract. The exhibitors should wire the earnest money (50% of total Exhibition Fee) or total Exhibition Fee to the bank account designated by the Organizing Committee in 7 days, after applying the Form. If the exhibitor does not pay in the 7 days, the Organizing committee has the right to adjust the booked booth even cancel the exhibition qualification.

2.       If the Expo could not be held as scheduled due to the circumstances beyond control (war, nature disaster, epidemic or administrative order, etc), the Organizing Committee has the right to rearrange the schedule or exhibition place.
